No. Exports work without an account or API keys. A free account keeps your export history, and a plan adds a monthly allowance, the REST API and MCP.
Pricing is by export size, paid once: up to 100 reviews for $1, up to 500 for $3, up to 1,000 for $5, up to 2,500 for $9, up to 5,000 for $15, and up to 10,000 for $25. That is the most you can ever pay for one file. No subscription.
You are refunded automatically. You keep everything we find, pay the price for that smaller size, and the difference goes back to the same payment method with no action from you. Every paid export has a $1 minimum. Read the refund policy
Up to 10,000 reviews per export for both stores. The actual count depends on how many reviews the app has in the region you select. For paid App Store exports you can let us include other countries when the one you picked runs short.
